In these Terms of Use, the words "you" and "your" refer to each client, Site visitor, or Application user, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Company and "Services" refers to all services provided by us.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically. If at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable or if you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Site or any Applications. We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. If you have any questions about these Terms of Use, please contact our office.

YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE, ANY APPLICATIONS, AND THE SERVICES YOU ARE AT LEAST 19 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.

Divorce 911 Services is not a law firm and may not perform services performed by an attorney. Company, its Services, and its forms or templates are not a substitute for the advice or services of an attorney.

Furthermore, the divorce information contained on the Site and Applications is not legal advice and is not guaranteed to be correct, complete or up-to-date. Therefore, if you need legal advice for your specific problem, or if your specific problem is too complex to be addressed by our tools, you should consult a licensed attorney in your area.

This Site and Applications are not intended to create any attorney-client relationship, and your use of Company does not and will not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Company. Instead, you are and will be representing yourself in any legal matter you undertake through Company's legal document service.

At Divorce 911 Services, we care about our clients and stand by the quality of our services. We provide significant services that go beyond the scope of traditional services for the same services offered by us.

Divorce 911 Services does not provide refunds on our services because we provide a physical service and not a product.

​

It is explicitly stated that Divorce 911 Services is not a law firm, we are not lawyers or attorneys, do not provide legal advice, nor, do we represent you in the court room.

The use of our services are for people that wish to use alternate means to file separation and/or divorce. Our services are used by people who wish to self-represent with assistance and guidance. 

​

Divorce 911 Services assists with document preparation and filings with the Supreme Court of BC.

​

Divorce 911 Services cannot guarantee that a client's spouse will sign the documents and cannot provide a refund should they choose not co-operate.

​

If you prepay us for court filing fees and cancel prior to us paying those fees to the court, then Divorce 911 Services will provide a refund only for the exact amount of the court filing fees. There will be no refund for any other fees charged by Divorce 911 Services.

Should you obtain the services of Divorce 911 Services, and should Divorce 911 Services agree to assist you on your separation, and/or divorce and/or related services. Divorce 911 Services agrees to provide the services agreed, however, if your spouse or partner contests any part of your case or filings. Then you may require the assistance of legal counsel. Should this be the result, no refunds will be issued.

Divorce 911 Services does not and will not guarantee that your filed documents, and/or situation will be approved by the Supreme Court of BC.

Divorce 911 Services cannot and will not guarantee any time line as too when the Supreme Court of BC will finalize your divorce as presented to them. We will not be held liable for any delays as to back log with the Supreme Court of BC.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, OR AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY, WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, OR LOCAL LAWS, STATUTES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Right to Refuse: You acknowledge that Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user access at any time.

Acknowledgement: BY USING COMPANY’S SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE COMPANY SITE OR APPLICATIONS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
